I can cite them within my paper for people to reference to so, they can see the ideas in practice instead of just reading how or why something is done. The academic sources will help me show the difference between writing in business that is done for educational purpose like in graduate school or for research, and the non-academic sources will help me show types of writing that is more commonly seen in a job setting. Also, the sources are another tool to help me develop and explain the ideas of a rhetorical situations as seen in business writing.
